WHY SOYA IS NOT HEALTH FOOD

THE DANGERS OF SOYA

Soya is not as healthy as most of us are being told . It is promoted as a health food when there are so many issues with it that need to be taken into account
Government and food industries probably mainly in the western world like to tell us it is a health food .  You probably believe that soya has some health benefits and that it’s a good idea to consume at least some. After all, surely  the government tell us it is bad?
Almost all we are told about it is wrong .We are being told lies about it .   Most people will be believe it is a superfood . Most people believe what they hear on the tv and what they see on magazine adverts . They do not use their own senses and intuition to tell them what is bad for them . I am a vegetarian and I have never eaten much of it . I had an inner knowing it was wrong . I buy alternative milks such as rice , coconut and almond mills . I have never bought soya milk .
Soya Milk Dangers
Unfermented  is really bad for you . It is said to be genetically modified , contains many pesticides, msg and phytoestrogens  . Msg can attack brain cells and the phytoestrogens are hormone disruptors that will greatly affect the lives of the infant's, women and men that consume it . This could lead to fertility problems , libido, period , stamina/energy problems. man boobs and some hormone related cancers . In baby's and children this could have a dramatic affect on the growth as a boy or girl .

The Goitrogenic Effects of Soya

Soya contains high levels of goitrogens. Goitrogens are compounds that inhibit the thyroid’s ability to utilize iodine correctly which could lead to hypothyroid problems.  No wonder I have never wanted it , I already have hypothyroidism .Cruciferous vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts) have these effects too. Cooking those vegetables will eliminate most of these effects, which is not the case with soya.
Always research the pros and cons of what you eat . Unfermented soya is a definite no, no . Fermented soya on the other hand has many health benefits but should still be avoided if you have a thyroid problem.
