In a double boiler , melt the shea butter and coconut oil until they are well combined . Allow to cool slightly and add the honey and mix . Allow to cool for a few minutes then add the Doterra Essential Oils. Allow the mixture to thicken slightly but keep it soft. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer until the mixture has a frothy look becoming more like a lotion. This will take 5-10 minutes mixing . Place the mixture in a glass jar or pot . You can store it in the fridge but leaving it out at room temperature will mean it is easier to spread .

Colds
A lot of so called 'Colds' are actually toxins coming out of your body . You did not catch it . It is your body's way of removing waste . This is why so many people appear to catch 'colds' in the winter , usually after a weekend or couple of weeks abusing their body with non foods and alcohol. This bunged up nose , dripping nose etc is the body dealing with and chucking out your toxins .
I have heard since christmas so many people talking about being ill over christmas or after . If people generally eat a bad diet , with processed meat, lots of white carbohydrates and sugars, each week , then eat even ,more non foods and too much food over christmas , it is no wonder people are ill .
The body will always try its best to expel what it does not want or need and the only way it can do this is through your mouth, bottom, nose , eyes, and ears and skin.
The worst thing you can do is to then take medications to stop the dripping nose etc , which will mean it takes your body a lot longer to feel better . This could also possibly result in further illness because your body is not releasing toxins . It is common sense really.
I , my son and my dad have not been ill at all over christmas or since . I am a vegetarian and some days a vegan . I also do not eat wheat or gluten . We never have fizzy drinks or any other sugary drinks . I drink tea , herbal teas and water . My son only drinks water . Every meal we have , I always have lots of vegetables , whether that is steamed vegetables or salads . My son eats meat but no bacon, sausages or sliced processed meats , only chicken , eggs and cheese. My son does eat some rubbish foods and I have crisps sometimes and chocolate . The only difference over christmas was more sweets and mince pies but we have not been ill perhaps because we are not consuming rubbish on a daily basis .
We are what we eat so it makes sense to me , the worse your daily diet is , the more ill you will be .

I love Doterra Peppermint Essential Oil. It has come to my rescue so many times for jaw, back and neck aches , migraines and tummy issues . It is my go to oil and always with me . I clench my teeth when I am sleeping sometimes and found that Doterra Peppermint Oil rubbed along my jaw bone, the sides of my face and neck, greatly helps the painful stiff feeling in the morning . Homemade Muscle Rub Recipe
This homemade muscle rub really works to penetrate deep into the muscles, bringing a soothing and relaxing sensation. This is one of my favorite things to use after I’ve completed a workout.
Total Time: 20–30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup grated beeswax
2 teaspoons cayenne powder
2 teaspoons ginger or turmeric powder
15 drops wintergreen essential oil (you can also use part peppermint oil)
15 drops lavender essential oil
Glass jar
DIRECTIONS:
Pour all oils (except essential oils) in to a jar. Place a saucepan with 2 inches of water over medium low heat.
Place jar in saucepan and allow contents to melt. Stir to combine. Add the cayenne and ginger/turmeric.
Once combined, allow to cool slightly and then add in essential oils. Mix well. Pour mixture into metal tins or storage containers and allow to set.
SIDE Effects and Interactions of Wintergreen Oil
High doses can be toxic and even painful, so avoid overconsuming wintergreen oil or applying it directly to skin. Use very small quantities of wintergreen oil, especially if you are new to trying it. Also be careful to keep it away from your eyes, the mucus membranes inside of your nose, pets and babies. Because methyl salicylate can be harmful when used on open wounds, internally, on babies or children, and on anyone with allergies, use caution and start slowly.
If you have sensitive skin, there’s a chance you can react badly to mint oils and might experience redness, burning and swelling, so do a small patch test first to make sure you don’t experience any side effects. Try testing one to two drops on an area of your skin that isn’t sensitive, such as your feet or calves. Make sure you can tolerate wintergreen oil well before using it internally or on larger parts of your body.
Avoid using wintergreen oil internally unless you’re working with a professional. Ingesting it can possibly cause side effects for some that include heartburn, flushing, mouth sores, headaches, rashes and acid reflux. Some prescription medications and over-the-counter medications can also adversely interact with wintergreen when it’s consumed, so speak with your doctor if you take any digestive or asthma medications, blood thinners, pain medication, or anti-coagulants. Today, it’s commonly used for reducing other painful conditions, too; for example, wintergreen is used as a natural headache remedy, for chronic nerve pain, PMS symptoms and arthritis. This is because wintergreen naturally contains active constituents that work similarly to aspirin.
Ever tried a pain-relieving muscle rub that smelled like menthol or mint? Chances are the product included peppermint or wintergreen oils because both are considered “counterirritants.” Wintergreen oil works to reduce swelling and irritation that occurs around painful muscle, tissue and joints. Several drops massaged into the skin is great for relieving achy joints from arthritis or rheumatism. It’s also helpful for treating sore muscles and chronic neck pain, as well as relieving lower back pain.
2. Cold and Flu Treatment
Wintergreen leaves contain an aspirin-like chemical that can help reduce pain, congestion, swelling and fever associated with common illnesses. To open your nasal passages and breathe more deeply, combine wintergreen and coconut oil together, and than rub them into your chest and upper back just like a store-bought vapor rub. Other beneficial oils to include in this blend in order to treat or prevent the common cold or flu are eucalyptus, peppermint and bergamot oils.
3. Antibacterial and Antiviral
Since it helps combat bacterial growth, viruses and fungi, use wintergreen around your home or on your body to remove dangerous contaminants. You can run some through your dishwasher or laundry machine to kill odor-causing bacteria and molds that can linger, or scrub some into your showers and toilet bowls.
4. Digestive Relief
Wintergreen oil can be used in small doses to increase stomach acid and juices that help improve digestion. It’s considered a natural mild diuretic and increases urine production, which can help cleanse the digestive tract and reduce bloating. It also has anti-nausea benefits and soothing effects on the gastric lining and colon because of its ability to reduce muscle spasms, making it a natural remedy for nausea. You can rub a homemade wintergreen oil mixture over your abdomen, stomach and lower back to improve blood flow and prevent cramping or pain.
5. Skin and Hair Treatment
As a natural astringent and antiseptic, when applied directly to the skin with a carrier oil, wintergreen is able to fight inflammation from blemishes and skin disorders. It’s also helpful for clearing up acne since it can be used to kill germs on the skin. You can add one to two drops to your normal face wash or mix it with coconut or jojoba oil to nourish itchy, red, swollen skin. In the shower, use wintergreen oil on your scalp or hair to remove bacteria, greasiness and dandruff while adding a fresh scent — similar to the benefits of coconut oil for hair.
6. Energizer and Fatigue Fighter
Records show that Native Americans used wintergreen leaves to increase stamina, alertness and endurance during exercise since it can help extend respiratory capacity and treat pain, mucus buildup or inflammation. Try inhaling wintergreen and peppermint oil before workouts to increase concentration and wakefulness. You can also dab some along with a carrier oil on your neck, chest and wrists to fight symptoms of sleepiness or to help overcome chronic fatigue syndrome. And for recovery following a workout, diffusing wintergreen oil with a diffuser or vaporizer can help open up nasal and respiratory passages; improve blood flow; or relive pain associated with muscular, joint or skeletal strains.
7. Soothing Bath Soak
To unwind and relieve muscle tension, applying pure wintergreen oil mixed along with lavender oil to either a warm bath or ice bath serves as a great muscle ache treatment.
8. Air Freshener
Since it works as a natural home deodorizer that can help mask foul smells, use wintergreen oil around your home to sensitize the air and surfaces of your bathroom and kitchen. Combine several drops with water in a spray bottle and apply to hard surfaces, appliances, garbage cans and even your toilet bowls. You can also diffuse wintergreen oil using a diffuser to fill bathrooms with a fresh, minty scent or add several drops to some homemade laundry soap for its deodorizing effects.
9. Hunger and Cravings Reducer
The taste and smell of mint can help reduce cravings and signify satiety, which is why many people find it comforting to chew minty gum after a meal or between meals. If you feel the afternoon munchies coming on or the tendency to overeat, try sniffing wintergreen oil or gargling it in your mouth. You can try applying a couple drops on your temples, chest or clothes, too.
10. Homemade Toothpaste
With its ability to kill odor-causing bacteria and mouth irritants, wintergreen oil is a great addition to homemade (or store-bought) toothpastes.

Wintergreen not only helps naturally freshen your breath, it can also protect gums and teeth from infection and pain. Add one to two drops to water and gargle in your mouth for 30–60 seconds before rinsing Wintergreen essential oil in these simple and effective homemade recipes:
Homemade Muscle Rub Recipe
This homemade muscle rub really works to penetrate deep into the muscles, bringing a soothing and relaxing sensation. This is one of my favorite things to use after I’ve completed a workout.
Total Time: 20–30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup grated beeswax
2 teaspoons cayenne powder
2 teaspoons ginger or turmeric powder
15 drops wintergreen essential oil (you can also use part peppermint oil)
15 drops lavender essential oil
Glass jar
DIRECTIONS:
Pour all oils (except essential oils) in to a jar. Place a saucepan with 2 inches of water over medium low heat.
Place jar in saucepan and allow contents to melt. Stir to combine. Add the cayenne and ginger/turmeric.
Once combined, allow to cool slightly and then add in essential oils. Mix well. Pour mixture into metal tins or storage containers and allow to set.
SIDE Effects and Interactions of Wintergreen Oil
High doses can be toxic and even painful, so avoid overconsuming wintergreen oil or applying it directly to skin. Use very small quantities of wintergreen oil, especially if you are new to trying it. Also be careful to keep it away from your eyes, the mucus membranes inside of your nose, pets and babies. Because methyl salicylate can be harmful when used on open wounds, internally, on babies or children, and on anyone with allergies, use caution and start slowly.
If you have sensitive skin, there’s a chance you can react badly to mint oils and might experience redness, burning and swelling, so do a small patch test first to make sure you don’t experience any side effects. Try testing one to two drops on an area of your skin that isn’t sensitive, such as your feet or calves. Make sure you can tolerate wintergreen oil well before using it internally or on larger parts of your body.
Avoid using wintergreen oil internally unless you’re working with a professional. Ingesting it can possibly cause side effects for some that include heartburn, flushing, mouth sores, headaches, rashes and acid reflux. Some prescription medications and over-the-counter medications can also adversely interact with wintergreen when it’s consumed, so speak with your doctor if you take any digestive or asthma medications, blood thinners, pain medication, or anti-coagulants. Networking Money For Free
Not prepared to put anything in and expect networking money in return .
I see so many posts on social media's networking pages and groups, where people are asking for ways to earn money today, with no sign up fee's , no kits to buy , nothing . How do they expect to earn money doing absolutely nothing that involves some cost? If they were setting up a physical business, they would have to buy stock , rent storage , rent a shop, storefront, market stall etc , that would cost money and they would expect to pay for that .
Everywhere I also see posts saying things such as earn £1000 today . Great if you can but unrealistic sitting at home on your phone or laptop . It would seem these people are fairly lazy and unless they change their mindset , they will not make their millions .
I do not think like them . Everyday I am planting seeds to make my dreams come true . Each day I watch training videos on Youtube with various different people such as Eric Worre , Jake Ducey , Lisa Torres and Tanya Aliza. They each give such good advice . To get much better at Networking you have to spend time every day learning and then putting this into action . You cannot get good at Networking and earning money at a Home Based Job , if you have no intention of learning , or learn , then never put the teachings into action . Watching Lisa Torres , I got to find out about MLSP Marketing and I immediately joined up . I knew this was for me and the way to move forward in 2018 . MLSP have so many training videos , there is no point joining if you are lazy . You can buy or get access to free videos , all are very helpful. Having Trouble Getting Clients Networking ?
I have been there . Every day posting on Facebook, Google and Twitter . A few people are interested but nothing comes from it . Do not give up on networking , change it.
I watch networking teachers, leaders , every day . I write down nuggets of information that I know I need to remember , then put them into action . I did not use to . I use to listen to them , think about them , write them down and put them away . This of course never works . Being lazy or procrastinating does not help you build a business .
For seventeen years I have had an under active thyroid which does cause a foggy brain and other problems so I recognise when this is a affecting me and use my Doterra Oils to lift me . I rub Doterra Peppermint Oil ,onto my thyroid gland , I inhale the aroma deeply from the bottle and pop a drop in my mouth and within minutes I feel uplifted and energized. Some days I do not have the energy to work as much but I will still listen to networking videos and collect information. Every day is a working day for me . Every day I learn something new and am planting the stepping stones for my networking future.

In December 2017 I discovered MLSP Affiliate Marketing and Networking and I have not looked back . Hundreds of hours of training videos and more . You can learn at your pace , learn how to get into affiliate marketing and improve your own business, if your have one.If you do not have a business you can still learn about how to make money on the internet. I am determined to earn enough money to pay all my bills and have money left over . I have grown up in a family where we just had enough , which is how most people live . My dad had to borrow money when Ford's, who he worked for went on strike and I know this caused my parents great stress . I have spent most of my adult life worrying about money and I do not want to pass that onto my son . So I am making and creating a high income for me and my son , for the greater good of all . I will be sharing it . I cannot do this indoors twiddling my hair . I can do this indoors , learning and listening every day .I know 2018 is going to be a magical year . Wild Orange Oil Benefits

This beautiful inexpensive oil is a ray of sunshine . You cannot help smiling after breathing in the aroma and a lot of people call it their happy oil . It is one of the cheapest therapeutic oils and a bottle full of delight that you can apply topically , aromatically and internally . I made some healthy truffles for my dad and added 2 drops of Wild Orange Oil, this christmas . He is on a healing journey and shop bought sweets are a definite No!
